Collection of some minor but important fixes for Bluzone Cloud. There is no expected downtime or noticeable impact for this deployment.
- Performance enhancement to internal Precache System to handle possible edge case scenarios around client reconnects.
- Fix an edge case where Duress Events with new Spar RTLS engine may not sync properly (NOTE: Does not impact RemoteConsumer events)
- Bluzone Console enhancement to improve loading time on RTLS Tracking View.
