Bluzone Internal Service Latency Issue
An underlying virtual server was found to be improperly joining and re-joining the network. This caused re-balance calls across several other services which impacted performance. Normally, a rebalance scenario only lasts for a few seconds and results in no noticiable latency in the system. Restarting the underlying virtual server corrected the issue.
Proximity-Policy and Remote-Storage Services are now recovering. We are continuing to monitor.
An infrastructure related issue has been identified and is being corrected.
Latency on location generation streams should now be back to normal. Some additional services are being investigated but should be recovering promptly.
Bluzone internal services are experiencing high-latency issues that are impacting some services. Proximity Policy service and some condition monitoring data metrics collection services are currently impacted.
