We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
We've fixed the core issue, and are waiting for things to recover.
Policy-Event notifications and metrics on the web portal may be showing inaccurate data for some policies and devices. An underlying metrics database issue is impacting service. Corrective action is underway.
Projects consuming Policy-Events directly via Kinesis Streams should not be effected, but may receive events that are not visible in the Console UI.
We expect this to be corrected shortly.
