Limited availability of Distance Tracking APIs
Distance-Tracking APIs have recovered to normal SLAs, with the exception of Geofence based tracing. A new notice will be published to track the Geofence Contract Tracing issue.
Distance Tracking APIs are recovering. Geofence based tracing is still not available.
Bluzone is experiencing issues with the DistanceTracking APIs. The issue has been identified as a problem with the Geofence analytics database and a fix is underway. Proximity based distance tracking will be available shortly. Geofence based tracing will be corrected as soon as possible.
