- Remove parking features
- Blufi compression is moved behind a feature flag

- Minimum presence timeout supported is now 2 minutes Temperature Policy
- Performance enhancements Beacon Battery Policy
- Change threshold calculation to be 8% of original battery voltage over a 24hr period ServiceProvider API
- Add support for setting RemoteConsumer and RemoteStorage configs to Project Template REST APIs
- Support for custom endpoints for renaming Beacons, Blufis, and Projects
- Expose API for last-known datapoint for a beacon
