We have identified the issue and deployed a fix. Some projects that are configured to use Blufi Message Handler may have intermittent gaps in beacon battery metrics. Most projects do not use Blufi Message Handler. If you are not familiar with this term, then your project is not configured to use Blufi Message Handler and your project is NOT impacted by this issue.
Bluzone Cloud is currently experiencing issues with recording device metrics. The failures in Bluzone may cause intermittent gaps in metrics recorded for some beacons. Some projects may also see inaccurate connection status for some Blufis. The issue is being worked on and is expected to be resolved promptly.
