We've fixed the core issue, and are waiting for things to recover.
We've confirmed there is a problem, we're working to resolve it.
Bluzone Location Services will be restarted. An underlying AWS EC2 instance has failed at the infrastructure level and the location service needs to be restarted.
This will correct some degraded performance and accuracy in the RTLS engine over the past hour.
